PLAY |
There
are many advantages to tournament
play, not the least of which is
the travel experience players
gain, and extension of their knowledge
through close contact with players
from other areas and environments.
Players can also learn a great
deal about discipline, self-respect
and community pride through the
medium of tournament travel if
their adult leaders make an honest
attempt to properly guide them.
Competing through various levels
of play, in well organized double
elimination tournaments, makes
for an exciting post season activity.
Further, it gives all participants
something to aim for as they strive
to better their playing abilities
all season long.
And they have in Mustang, Bronco,
Baseball, Colt, and Palomino leagues,
* the opportunity to enter international
tournament competition with the
ultimate goal of reaching World
Series play. |
