Coaches

Home team is responsible for the official scorebook which is picked up at the concession stand and must be returned with umpire’s signature. Home team dugout is at 3rd base side. Home team chalks field. Visiting team rakes fields after game and if it is last game played you will be responsible for putting up base.

Concessions

Coach or team moms will be responsible for volunteers to be here. Your help is very much appreciated. Each team must provide 1 parent of their team to work concession at the time there game is scheduled. Remember if every parent volunteers you should only have to volunteer once.

Games starting at 6pm need volunteers to be here at 5:30 if possible no later than 5:45pm. If you are playing the second game please be here 15 to 20 minutes early.
